English Learner Parent Advisory Committee
The major function of the English Learner Parent Advisory Committee (ELPC) committee is to advise and make recommendations in writing to the school principal and School Site Advisory Committee (SSAC) on the implementation and evaluation of the school’s services for English Learners. This committee is led by Kenda Haro, English Learner Development Coordinator.
Topics that the ELPC discusses includes:
- English Learner Master Plan: document that discusses the educational program for English Learners

Performance of English Learners on the language census, CAASPP ELA and Math, ELPAC and reclassification data, i-Ready Reading and Math results, school attendance, and

Feedback to the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
