Dear Stern MASS Community,

My name is Veronica Elias and it is an honor to serve as your principal and to continue the incredible task of moving our school community forward to ensure our scholars are prepared for college, career and life. I have been an educator for overs 20 years, starting my career as a high school Spanish teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. After 14 years in the classroom, I transitioned to Administration. I joined the Stern MASS community in July, 2016 as an assistant principal, until I was given the opportunity to serve as Interim Principal in November, 2022. In May, 2023 I became the proud principal of this amazing school community.

As we embark on another exciting academic year at Stern MASS, I am filled with pride and enthusiasm for the journey ahead. Our school stands as a symbol of excellence in offering a rigorous education program, focused on math, science and STEM opportunities for our students.
