STUDENT BICYCLE AND SKATEBOARDING SAFETY

At Stern MASS, student safety is our first priority. To ensure student safety, students should not be operating bicycles or riding skateboards on the CSULA campus. If students ride a bike or a skateboard to school, they should dismount their bike or skateboard once they are on the CSULA campus, and walk their bike or skateboards to our building. There are bike and skateboard racks available for student use once students have arrived to school.

We would also like to remind all students and parents that California State Law requires all persons under the age of 18 to wear a helmet while riding their bikes and/ or skateboards.

CSULA Police will ticket students who are riding bicycles or skateboards on campus. CSULA police will also ticket students for not wearing their helmets while operating bikes and skateboards.

Please feel free to call our main office at (323) 987-2144 if you have any questions or concerns.
